The flush mount does not snag on their blankets and do not make noise when the dogs walk across the room. We had a scare when our one dog went missing for 24 hrs and if we had these tags before that she would have been returned sooner. Our dog is quite active so the engraving did wear down to the point of making it difficult to read after 2 yrs but still a great product so just placed a reorder and got tags for our new dog.

Dog ID thought of everything with the construction of this leash. We have a new rescue dog and are training her to stop pulling, and walk beside us calmly. The loop at the end allows us to keep her close, the soft handle is comfortable to carry, and the waist clip is nice when I stop to talk to neighbors or need to use my phone and be hands free. I love the color also! I highly recommend this leash.

I liked the leash but didn’t realize that it was better for hands free. I had trouble on trying to use the handle because it was big and my dog pulls, working on that with him. Later in the day two of my fingers were stiff and bruised. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a hands free leash.
CanadaLight weight yet solid
The first thing I noticed was the light weight of this leash, much lighter than any other I have owned. It is well designed and comfortable to use. There is one change that I would recommend, and that is to pad the loop near the collar. When I need to quickly hold the leash close to my dog (she tends to lunge), it would be easier to get my fingers through the loop if there was padding. This is particularly true in the winter when I am wearing mittens. I am very pleased with this leash and especially like the clasp, it is so easy to attach to the collar.

I love this leash. I use it for walks and backpacking with my trail dog Scout. It’s quality material and hardware. It’s also a very functional belt. I’ve done so much backpacking this spring, I’ve lost weight, so I clip the leash around my waist to keep my pants up!
