I am happy that I was able to order new straps so I could put the tags back on their collars. They are chipped buy I still want to have their id tags on their collars. They stay in the house, but anything can happen when they go out to pottie. Thank you I do feel like they are safer.

I always have a bit of trouble on the install. After I get it in I know I can expect another 3 years of so of service before I have to do it again. Still love your tags anyway. Never get caught on anything and easy to read.
