Otis

Elizabeth - eComm
Otis is a 2-year-old boxer with nonstop energy and a love for water, especially straight from the bathtub faucet. He occasionally gets stuck climbing in and out. His favorite toy is a squirrel he’s had since 12 weeks old, now missing its tail, ears, eyes, and paws, but that doesn’t stop Otis from playing with it every day.
Binx

Bethany - Customer Service
Binx, also known as Bing Bong, Binky Boii, Sir Mix-A-Lot, and Cracky Chan, is a sewer cat turned executive pastry chef. He’s mastered the art of the perfect biscuit. Boxes are his kingdom, and his motto is simple: “If I fits, I sits.”
Zena

Mike - Co-Founder
Meet Zena, rescued from a rough start and never looking back. This much loved, sweet, gentle soul turns strangers into instant friends. She has the most soulful eyes that immediately melt your heart and result in many special treats.
Sundance Kid, Mugshot, and Swizzle
Jamie - IT
Sundance Kid (SDK for short) is a giant white goofball with no mean bones. He just wants to play. Born on Jamie’s front porch alongside his brother Mugshot, he loves fetch, birds, and riding on backs. Someday, he might even join Jamie on bike rides.
Mugshot is a tiny tabby with no tail and a big fear of everything (especially thunder). Also born on the front porch, at one week old he weighed just 2.1 ounces. Mugshot loves fetch, lounging in laps, and perching on chair arms like a frog.
Swizzle is a grumpy tortoiseshell who keeps her brothers in line but secretly loves snuggles. She followed Jamie home one day and never left. Now she enjoys shrimp, treats, and the occasional mouse hunt. Her tail flips like a swizzle stick, which is how she got her name.
Jupiter

Marty - Creative
Jupiter is a 10-year-old Blue Heeler Mix, has 2 new knees, and loves to run and play ball (sticks are a good alternative). She's deaf so that comes with its own challenges. She adapts by keeping her eyes fixed on one dog parent while sitting next to the other so that she knows where both of her people are.
Molly and Buck

Edward - Co-Founder
Molly is a 6-year-old St. Bernard mix known for her world-class side-eye and uncanny ability to open doors. When she’s not soaking up sunbeams, she’s guarding the yard with the discipline of a royal guard. Smart, calculated, and always assessing, she gives every impression she’d survive a zombie apocalypse.
Buck is a 5-year-old boxer mix and Molly’s loyal sidekick (though she might call him an annoying little brother). He may look like security detail, but he’s a total softie who lives for kisses and family time. Easily spooked by strange noises (including his own toots), he’d be the first to greet the undead with affection while Molly watches in silent disapproval.
Luna and Kitty

Madi - Fulfillment
Luna, aka Luna Bug, is a Siamese-Tortoiseshell mix found under Madi’s backyard shed. She’s happiest napping under a blanket, surrounded by as many plastic spring toys as possible. A Churu tube makes her day.
Aiden, better known as Kitty, is a Maine Coon found under Madi’s grandma’s barn and now spends time stealing loaves of bread, playing with paper yo-yos, and going bonkers for Temptations treats.
Kirby, Yoshi, Bowie, Ringo, and Dolly Pawton

Tony - IT
Kirby is the eldest of the four ferrets, enjoys naps, treats, and light thievery.
Yoshi enjoys toys, escaping enclosures, and occasional vandalism.
Ringo is the angel of the group. Does no wrong.
Bowie is the chaos factor, enjoys playful violence and socks.
Dolly Pawton may be the only dog, but she has the most iconic name in the house.
Phoebe and Franklin

Rachel - Marketing
Phoebe (aka Meatball) is a brown Tortoiseshell cat with a uniquely… stubby build (as Rachel’s dad once said, “Why is she shaped like that?”). Despite her unconventional proportions, she’s the definition of lawful good. A very sweet, very polite cat who’s just happy to be near her people.
Franklin (aka Stanklin) is a white cat who was found in a Coors Light box and is (allegedly) deaf. He lives for chaos, equal parts unbothered and unhinged, causing problems on his own terms and ignoring everyone while he does it.
Theodore, Dewey, and Chloe
Dariena - Customer Service
Theodore (aka Theo, Theodorable) stays loafin’, full of sass, and always wants to be outside. He was abandoned at just four weeks old. Dariena bottle-fed him from the start, so you’d think that would earn some loyalty, but no, he prefers men. Make it make sense.
Dewey (aka Dew man, Dew dew, Dew bird, Dewdrop) is from a rescue cat cafe and lives for fetch. Ball is life. He begs for ice cubes, snacks on paper towels, watches video games like a pro, and will never pass up a shoulder ride.
Chloe is a diva who needs no introduction. She joins Dariena at work from time to time to lend a paw in customer service.
Hazel Nut

Kathy - Creative
Hazel Nut is a 13-week-old Mini-Dachshund born on Christmas Day, a tiny holiday gift to the world. She’s so small, she doesn’t fit into a collar (yet). But that doesn’t slow her down. She’s loving her toys and teething like a fiend.
June and Mae

Teddy - IT
June is a loafy puppy whose life goals are simple: lounge around and eat peanut butter. She’s fully committed to the art of doing as little as possible.
Mae is June’s mom and the friendly, affable caretaker. With strong cattle dog energy and absolutely zero chill, she’s always on the move and keeping everyone in line.
Roxie

Erin - Operations
Three legs, zero excuses. Roxie the Sheepadoodle hits speeds that defy physics and fetches balls roughly the size of a small planet. Squeaky toys are her love language. Sweetness is her superpower.
Kiki

Trevor - Customer Service
Trevor’s cat has been in the family for just a few days, so he doesn't know much about her yet. But it’s already clear that she’s perfect.
Beans and Daniel

Kristine - Office Manager
Beans and Daniel came to live with Kristine during a BOGO adoption event at a local shelter… Dan is definitely the “free” one. Together, they match the energy of their 16- and 17-year-old cat dads (Kristine’s sons).
Carrington

Lydia - Marketing
Carrington (aka Care, Carebear, Carrington Bearington) is a spunky 1-year-old Golden Retriever. She is fabulous flunky from 4 Paws for Ability, meaning she was bred for service work, but had other (more fun) plans. She loves to cause chaos and smiles with her teefs.
Kono and Chewie
Martha - Human Resources
Kono is Martha’s senior Australian Kelpie mix, a breed known for their ability to herd sheep just by staring at them. Although she doesn’t have any sheep to persuade, she uses her talent to get treats, attention, and time on furniture with her people.
Chewie is a hound mix foster fail turned permanent family member. His favorite pastime is barking at squirrels, other dogs, or if no animals are in sight, nothing in particular. While his people don’t enjoy his hobby, Chewie gets by on his winning personality.
